The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai is currently carrying out maintenance on its official website, temporarily affecting online services. Filipinos who need consular assistance can still make appointments through alternative booking channels while the website remains unavailable.
Dubai Philippine Consulate Website Under Maintenance: How to Schedule an Appointment.

Visitors seeking services at the Philippine mission in Al Qusais generally need to secure an appointment in advance. However, walk-in assistance is available for senior citizens, people with disabilities, pregnant women, kasambahay, minors and individuals dealing with urgent or exceptional circumstances.
The Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Dubai has temporarily suspended access to its website while technical maintenance is being carried out. The mission announced the temporary disruption on Friday and advised people requiring consular assistance to use the designated online appointment platforms instead.
Applicants can continue to arrange appointments for different services through the following booking portals:
Notarial services: https://pcgauthentication.timetap.com
Civil registry – Report of Birth: https://newbornapplicant.timetap.com
Visa applications: https://dubpcgvisa.timetap.com
Affidavit of Support and Guarantee (ASG) pre-assessment: https://asgpre-assessment.timetap.com
Report of Marriage: https://dubaipcg_marriage.timetap.com
Wedding at the Consulate / Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage: https://pcglccm.timetap.com
The consulate reminded applicants that they should have a confirmed appointment before travelling to its premises in Al Qusais. People arriving without an appointment will generally not be accommodated.
There are, however, limited exceptions to the appointment requirement. Walk-in services remain available for senior citizens, persons with disabilities who can provide the appropriate identification, visibly pregnant women, domestic workers, and children aged seven and below.
The consulate also allows walk-in assistance for individuals reporting a death, as well as people dealing with other urgent matters, provided they can present supporting documentation demonstrating the emergency.
Applicants are therefore advised to check the requirements for their particular service and secure an appointment through the relevant booking platform before visiting the Consulate General. This is intended to help avoid unnecessary trips while the official website remains under maintenance.
