In an interview he explained that the procedure is designed to maintain transparency and security throughout. “The prize winner is called to our headquarters for a face-to-face meeting, where we confirm their identity, finalize all necessary paperwork, and guide them through each step of the process,” he said.
He added, “Once the paperwork is completed, it goes through regulatory and banking checks, and after approval, the prize money is directly deposited into the winner’s account.”
Abu Dhabi resident Anilkumar Bolla hit all seven numbers in last month’s record-breaking draw, instantly claiming Dh100 million.
