UAE residents may witness rainfall on Friday, December 26, as the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies across some northern and eastern parts of the country.<\/p>

Humidity is expected to rise overnight into Saturday morning in certain coastal and inland regions, with the possibility of fog or mist forming. The NCM issued a fog warning Friday morning, alerting the public to reduced horizontal visibility, which may occasionally decrease further in some inland areas between 5:00\u202fam and 9:30\u202fam.<\/p>

Friday\u2019s temperatures are expected to fall to a minimum of 17\u00b0C in Abu Dhabi, 18\u00b0C in Sharjah, and 19\u00b0C in Dubai. Maximum temperatures will reach 24\u00b0C in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, while Dubai may see a high of 26\u00b0C.<\/p>

Earlier forecasts from the NCM indicated moderate weather with a chance of light rain from December 25 to 29 across the UAE. The winter season officially started on December 22, though residents have already experienced colder conditions following last week\u2019s heavy rainfall and thunderstorms.<\/p>

Winds are expected to be light to moderate, blowing from southwesterly to northwesterly directions at speeds generally ranging from 10 to 20\u202fkm\/h, occasionally reaching up to 35\u202fkm\/h. The NCM also highlighted that the fluctuating temperatures and expected light rainfall could impact daily routines, including commuting and outdoor work.
