By automatically reviewing and cross-referencing the information, it simplifies administrative tasks, speeds up approvals, and reduces the likelihood of human error.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fce1399 cmsmasters-block-default cmsmasters-sticky-default elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fce1399\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>MoHRE currently provides 13 different types of work permits for companies registered with the Ministry, based on the type of employment. These permits are mandatory for anyone wishing to work in the UAE.<\/p><p>Under UAE Labour Law, working without a valid MoHRE-issued work permit is illegal. Likewise, employers are not allowed to hire or employ anyone without securing the required permit.<\/p><p>Applicants must submit several documents, including a passport valid for at least six months, passport-sized photos, an entry permit, a copy of the employment contract, and attested educational certificates where applicable.
