Ras Al Khaimah Police have recorded an 11.6% rise in emergency calls handled by their operations center during the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period last year.
Colonel Staff Dr. Abdullah bin Salman Al Nuaimi, Director of the Operations Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, stated that the 999 hotline received a total of 129,191 calls across the emirate. He highlighted that this increase mirrors the ongoing development and growth taking place across multiple sectors in the region.
Al Nuaimi highlighted that the police achieved a 100% response rate for all incoming calls, demonstrating their dedication to promptly addressing each report and routing it to the appropriate authorities based on the case type.
He further noted that the operations center is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and communication systems, enabling rapid response and seamless coordination by skilled police staff. According to him, this setup guarantees the provision of efficient services to the public and timely assistance during emergencies, aligning with the Ministry of Interior’s strategic objectives to strengthen safety, preparedness, and community well-being.
